With over 20 years of experience in working with people with a variety of issues and life stressors, Cindy has worked in the USA, Hong Kong, and Australia. She is training in mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution focusing. Cindy provides a holistic approach and strengths-based approach to establish a connection between the mind, body and spirit. 


Cindy has been a professor and taught in psychology and social work at universities around the world. She has published over 60 articles, written several books and been a speaker at national and international conferences. She is an accredited social worker and certified in mindfulness training. Her areas of speciality include:
